DURA braid: The outer multifilament braiding is highly resistant to abrasion, cuts and vibration. Soft and flexible but VERY tough. It even meets military grade spec A-A-59301. Dura takes its name from 2 things:
- the tough outermost membrane enveloping the brain and spinal cord
- short for DURABLE
