DURA Instrument Cable

Dura takes its name from 2 things:
- Dura meaning "the tough outermost membrane enveloping the brain and spinal cord"
- short for DURABLE

Low capacitance (1m/78 pF) double screened coaxial cable combined with gold-tip, solid core 1/4” TS Jack plugs (available straight and right-angled).

The outer multifilament braiding is highly resistant to abrasion, cuts and vibration. Soft and flexible but VERY tough. It even meets military grade spec A-A-59301 (whatever that means).

Total diameter of 8mm.

We use 3% Silver solder for better conductivity and strength at all stages.
